StingyCampus is the college marketplace where students can buy and sell items, find classnotes, search for jobs, view events, look for housing, get discounts at local stores and more.

How many college campuses is StingyCampus.com on?

StingyCampus is available for over 2,000 colleges and universities.

Do you charge for any postings, if so, which ones?

All posts are FREE!

How do I create a post?

Students: Find your school. Once you are at your school's page, click on "Create A Post" located near the top right of the page. Businesses: There is a "businesses" tab on the top right of all pages. Click on it to view posting options. Also, links to "Post Jobs" or "Post Housing" are in the grey footer of all pages

How to edit/delete a posting?

If you have an account, all your posts will be saved under "My Posts" where you have the ability to edit/delete your posts. If you don’t have an account, open the confirmation email you received and click on the Edit/Delete link.

Can I add links to my posts?

You may add links to your post but please state where the link is redirecting the user to.

How many posts can I have?

Infinite.

I confirmed my posting but it is not showing on the site?

Wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us by email at info@stingycampus.com and we will quickly address your concern.

I saw a posting that I thought was inappropriate; can I send a complaint email or call in a request to have it removed?

Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate content be removed from the site. Just "flag" the post so we are able to locate and remove the post. Remember you can always reach us at info@stingycampus.com with any concerns.

What posts are prohibited?

No posts regarding any illicit or inappropriate items may be posted. As well as any photos that are considered profane. If any unaccepted content is found, the post will be taken off immediately and that user's account will risk suspension or termination.

Can you allow HTML to be embedded in the posts?

No, but there are some formatting tools available.
